Returns
If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 14 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
Items must be returned in their original condition and must be accompanied by all packaging. No refund will be made for items returned incomplete, damaged or cash on delivery without returning the items.
In order to return your order to us, you will be asked to make your return to these two addresses of your choice:

- The post office of Saint Fons "67 avenue Jean Jaures, Saint Fons 69190"
Return costs are your responsibility in the event of exchange or return.
Once your order has been returned, you will need to send us the tracking number so that we can collect the order.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
- If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased during your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) for a refund. Of course the products must be returned to new and unused condition in their original packaging.
- In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal (14 days), we are required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
